What is your return policy?
Once the order has been dispatched we can not issue a refund. We will only issue a refund if the product has been delivered in an unacceptable state, e.g. products missing, has been lost thru transit, not because of individual preference. Please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days with photos as proof. THANK YOU
Are your Sweets Vegan?
TOTALLY! Our sweets are not only 100% Vegan and certified by the Vegan and Vegetarian society. They are also Gluten and Palm oil free too.
We display the 'Vegan Approved' Logo on all bags to reassure our customers.
What are the payment/Shipping options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards ( Master cards and Visa ).
Any orders below 2kg will be sent 2nd class via Royal Mail.
For international orders please get in touch VIA EMAIL regarding Shipping costs and quantity
Due to the ongoing Pandemic and Lockdown, Royal Mail are experiencing delays in delivering parcels.
2nd Class can take up to a week for delivery, whereas it was 2 -3 working days. If your order has not arrived, do get in touch and we will endeavour to locate the parcel.

Nut free and Allergies?
Our sweets are nut free however are packed in a factory which handles nuts. There is no cross contamination of products. If you have other allergies please do not hesitate to get in touch via email at email@example.com, We are to happy help.
